WELCOME TO SHANER INVESTMENTS

Shaner Investments business plan is to target under serviced, mid-size markets in Pennsylvania that are offering economic incentives for hotel development and that also have a local university or other institution that contributes to a growing local economy.  Shaner Investments will employ Shaner Hotel Group to manage its newly built hotels while also receiving counsel and administrative assistance from some of the other Shaner entities keeping the many different aspects of development and the operation of the property in-house.
